- Eddie Cibrian, Michael Beach, Kim Raver and Chris Bauer are returning for their final season. Eddie Cibrian portrayed James "Jimmy" Doherty, Michael Beach portrayed Monte "Doc" Parker, Kim Raver portrayed Kimberly "Kim" Zambrano and Chris Bauer portrayed Fred Yokas.
- On April 4, 2005, NBC cancelled the series after six seasons, as the final episode, "Goodbye to Camelot", aired on May 6, 2005, and in which Cruz has been killed, Carlos marries Holly, while Yokas became full time police officer and Sully has retired from officer into fishing man.
